Thank you for shopping at Daryaaft Store. We want you and your little artists to love your purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied with your Kids Projection Drawing Board, we are here to help.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all included parts (LED projector, tracing disks, drawing table legs, and markers).

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team via email at Help@daryaaft.store or via phone at +92 331 7733662 within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and proof of purchase.
Once approved, securely package the item and send it back to our operations address: Defence Road, Vehari, 61100, Pakistan.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or coordinate a replacement product.

2. Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: All orders for the Kids Projection Drawing Board are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.
Delivery Transit Time: Standard delivery across Pakistan generally takes 3–5 business days after shipment.

Shipping Rates & Tracking

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.
